Policies

Shipping

All in stock orders are shipped asap.  Our company goal is to complete orders within 48 hours of placement. 

hotSACKS relies on the postal system to deliver our product.  Sometimes mail is delayed, especially during peak holiday periods.  Refunds are not given for these delays, since hotSACKS has no control over occasional delays.

If you don't receive your hotSACKS within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will track the package and make sure you get them asap.

If you're ordering from outside Canada or the US, please contact us via email to arrange shipping.

Product Returns

Products with manufacturing defects will gladly be exchanged for the same product or one of equal value within 30 days from the postmark date. All returns and exchanges require prior approval via email or phone.

There are no returns for normal wear and tear or improper washing. Washing instructions can be found on inside product label

Currency

All of our prices are shown in CANADIAN dollars and all charges to your credit card are in CANADIAN dollars.

Payment

We accept payment through PayPal only, where you can use your PayPal account or your Credit Card.  PayPal is a very well known escrow service, owned by EBAY.  This way, hotSACKS receives your payment but not your credit card number.
